Terms and Conditions for WDF Laundry SG App

Welcome to the WDF Laundry SG App. By downloading, accessing, or using our app and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using the WDF Laundry SG app and related services.
1. Definitions
App: Refers to the WDF Laundry SG mobile application.
Services: Includes laundry pickup, wash, dry, fold, and delivery services provided through the app.
User: Any individual who downloads, accesses, or uses the app and services.
We/Us/Our: Refers to WDF Laundry SG.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our app and services. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Registration
– Users must create an account to access services.
– You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
– Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
4. Orders and Payments
– Orders can only be placed via the app.
– The minimum order weight is 10kg. Orders below this limit will not be accepted.
– Payments must be made through the app using secure gateways such as Stripe.
– Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Service Limitations
– We do not accept bedsheets, duvets, or comforters.
– While we take utmost care in handling your laundry, we are not responsible for the following:
– Pre-existing damage to clothes.
– Loss of items left in pockets.
– Shrinkage, color bleeding, or fading due to manufacturer defects.
6. Delivery and Turnaround Time
– We provide a 48-hour turnaround time from pickup to delivery.
– Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, or operational delays.
– Users must ensure that delivery addresses are correct. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
– Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placement.
– Refunds are issued only for services not rendered due to our fault.
– Payment gateway fees may be non-refundable.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
– Misuse the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
– Upload or transmit harmful code, viruses, or malware.
– Violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with the use of our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDF Laundry SG shall not be liable for:
– Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
– Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
– Claims arising from user negligence or non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and trademarks associated with the WDF Laundry SG app are the property of WDF Laundry SG. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict access to our services if:
– You violate these Terms and Conditions.
– Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
– Your account remains inactive for an extended period.
12. Updates to Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app. Users are encouraged to review the terms regularly to stay informed.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
