We use a secure booking system powered by CleanCloud. To book:

- Enter your address and contact details
- Select your pickup slot: 10am–12pm or 4pm–6pm
- Choose your service/package and confirm the order
If you face any issue, WhatsApp us and we’ll help you book immediately.
We provide wash, dry & fold services with pickup and delivery. We also offer ironing as an add-on for selected items.
Pickup slots available daily: 10am–12pm and 4pm–6pm. Select your preferred slot during checkout.
Yes. Pickup and delivery are included for most areas. Our driver collects, and we deliver your laundry back neatly packed.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from pickup to delivery. Bulk/commercial timelines are confirmed based on volume.
Yes — we accept bedsheets, duvet covers, comforters/duvets, blankets, and pillowcases. These are under our Household Items category and may be priced differently due to size and drying time.

We accept Cash, PayNow, PayLah, and Bank Transfers. An invoice can be provided after payment.
We use Seitz German detergents and wash using Speed Queen commercial-grade machines for consistent cleaning quality.
